How the firm is staffed

USWMC Advisory Group runs a hybrid model. A core of internal consultants is combined with a nationwide network of external independent consultants, and a mandate is staffed from both.

The practical consequence is that an engagement is not limited to whoever happens to be unoccupied. Where a mandate needs a regulatory specialist, a tax structurer, or an operator who has run the same play in the same sector, that person is brought in for that engagement rather than approximated by a generalist.

It also means we can decline work. A firm that has to keep a bench busy takes mandates it should not. We do not carry that pressure.

What clients should expect

Senior people in the room, from the first meeting through completion. Written work that survives scrutiny from a board, a counterparty, and their counsel. And a view, stated plainly, including when the answer is that a transaction should not proceed.
